Ian J Hosking Richards CLJ JP - Director
Ian is a multi award-winning real estate agent and a well-known personality in the industry. He has made numerous TV appearances and has written books and many articles for magazines and newspapers on all things related to property investing. He is also known for his philanthropic endeavours – he is the founding Chair of The Solomon Foundation Ltd, a registered charity that provides medical assistance to our near neighbours in the South Pacific, with a special focus on the Solomon Islands.
Ian has held a full real estate licence for over twenty years, and over this time his main exposure to body corporate management has been as a professional investor and landlord of a large investment property portfolio (including 15 strata titled units in Gladstone and 6 in Townsville). He has also served on Scheme Committees in NSW and QLD in various roles including Chair. This has given him a unique insight into what is important to Committees and lot owners alike.
Sam Thompson - Director
Sam has been a management consultant to the high-end business community for the last 20 years, undertaking work across mining, finance manufacturing and real estate companies. With a passion for driving efficiency and good business practice, he has started and run a number of companies as well as invested in a number of start-ups.
Sam has sat on Strata Committees over the last 15 years as Treasurer and Chairman for multiple apartment schemes in Queensland. Sam holds a property management licence for New South Wales as a part of a start-up around strata software. Being an avid property investor, he understands what a committee is looking for and what is important to owners.
